Payment Security
All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
Payment Reminders
Automated reminders for pending payments will be sent via:
- Email notifications (7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before due date)
- SMS alerts (3 days and 1 day before due date)
- WhatsApp messages (upon request)
Important: Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in booking cancellation and forfeiture of the advance amount.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Charges

Special Circumstances
Weather-Related Cancellations
If services are cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or natural disasters, full refund or rescheduling options will be provided at no additional cost.
Medical Emergencies
Cancellations due to medical emergencies (with valid medical certificate) will incur reduced charges. Maximum 25% cancellation fee will apply regardless of timeline.
Government Restrictions
If travel is restricted due to government orders or pandemic-related restrictions, full refund or credit note (valid for 12 months) will be provided.
Refund Processing
Processing Timeline
- Digital Wallets & UPI: 3-5 business days
- Credit/Debit Cards: 7-10 business days
- Net Banking: 5-7 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for booking. In case of multiple payment methods, refunds will be proportionally distributed.
Processing Fees
A processing fee of ₹100 per transaction will be deducted from refunds to cover administrative and payment gateway charges.
Modifications & Changes
Booking Modifications
Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges:
- Date changes: ₹500 per person + any fare difference
- Hotel upgrades: Additional cost as applicable
- Activity additions: Subject to availability and pricing
- Route changes: ₹1000 per person + fare difference
All modification requests must be made at least 7 days before travel date. Last-minute changes may not be possible.
