1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Andamanly's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Services Provided
Andamanly provides travel booking and planning services for the Andaman & Nicobar Islands, including but not limited to:
- Accommodation bookings
- Transportation arrangements
- Activity and tour bookings
- Custom package planning
- Travel consultation services
3. Booking and Payment Terms
3.1 Booking Process
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after we send you a written confirmation via email.
3.2 Payment Schedule
We require 50% payment at the time of booking and the remaining 50% before service commencement. Automated reminders will be sent for pending payments.
3.3 Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed. Prices include services as specified in your package confirmation.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation charges apply as per the timeline below:
- 30+ days before travel: 10% of total package cost
- 15-29 days before travel: 25% of total package cost
- 7-14 days before travel: 50% of total package cost
- Less than 7 days: 75% of total package cost
- No-show: 100% of total package cost
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after deducting applicable charges.
5. Travel Requirements
5.1 Documentation
Travelers are responsible for carrying valid identification and any required permits. Foreign nationals must ensure proper visa and entry permits.
5.2 Health and Safety
Travelers participate in activities at their own risk. We recommend travel insurance and consulting healthcare providers before travel.
6. Liability and Responsibility
6.1 Force Majeure
We are not liable for changes or cancellations due to weather conditions, natural disasters, government regulations, or circumstances beyond our control.
6.2 Third-Party Services
We act as intermediaries for third-party service providers. While we select partners carefully, we are not liable for their services' quality or safety.
7. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information during booking
- Arrive on time for scheduled services
- Follow safety guidelines and local regulations
- Respect local customs and environment
- Notify us immediately of any issues during travel
8. Modifications and Updates
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
